• Create, edit and upload product photography, descriptions, price and stock to the ecommerce platform and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner.
• Process sales and return orders, help ensure orders are dispatched and well manage on time.
• Order Management, tracking orders and coordination
• Order dispatch and delivery, coordinating with courier partners for correct dispatch, transit and delivery of orders.
• Carry out day to day tasks as required to complete company procedures set up by E-Commerce Operations Manager.
• Liaise with Customer Support Team to ensure orders are processed on time.
• Provide senior management with performance statistics when requested.
• 1 - 3 years experience
• Understanding of E-commerce fulfilment process and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Able to work on own initiative
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines
• Ability to take the initiative
