Mô Tả Công Việc

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Support Head of Ecommerce to take care of SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) Product sales in terms of expanding E-commerce business including E-commerce Platforms (Lazada – Tiki – Shopee) from operation/merchadising/sales/finance reconciliation plans - including additional E-commerce projects.

Work with Product Marketing team & E-commerce Enabler teams to develop online merchandising and promotion plan to achieve sales targets and manage digital budget.

Produce campaign mechanic to optimize customer experience and maximize sales potential based on various factors i.e. analyzing and identifying best-selling SKUs (price points, models, colours or styles).

PMO all activities and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful campaign.

Analyze past campaign performance and reporting on the current campaign’s.

Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate, etc

Monitor black stocks / low-performing SKUs and take action to push sell as necessary actions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

+3 years of sales experience-- preferable in e-commerce platforms.

Bachelor's degree, preferable in Sales / Marketing.

Good understanding E-commerce platforms’ seller systems such as Seller Center.

Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity

Knowledge of database creation and management

Great analytical and quantitative skills

Willing to learn and show adaptability

KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce
