Working time: 8AM – 5PM (Mon-Fri), able to flexible on weekend campaign date
Age: above 26ys
Scope of work:
1. Operational Optimization Strategies and sales growth:
• Develop and implement an E-commerce sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor sales to propose monthly promotion schemes.
• To propose weekly, monthly product appearance which follows customer experience on web
• Daily following up and solving closely confirmed orders to keep tracking at correct operation status, canceled orders, returned orders, out of stock orders and solving customer complain if any
• Fast Order Fulfillment: Streamline order processing and shipping
• Coordinating with relevant vendors: daily following up closely with Warehouse and Delivery team to ensure the order operation completion by timeline and optimize order operation cost
• Inventory control: stock in and return items or orders
• Demand Forecasting: Predict future demand to optimize stock levels
2. Know-how to enhance customer experience:
Web stability
• User-Friendly Website: Ensure a smooth and intuitive shopping experience
• Fast Loading Times: Optimize website speed for quicker page loads
• Secure Checkout Process: Implement robust security measures to build trust
• Excellent Customer Support: Provide timely and helpful assistance within the day
Data Analysis and Optimization:
• To track website traffic, customer behavior, sales trends and sales performance
• Digital Marketing Initiatives: collaborate with Marketing team and Merchandising team to create and execute effective online sales campaigns per timeline that drive traffic and sales. This could involve managing Livestream and other Online, Offline sales activities
• Customer Experience: Ensure smooth and positive customer experience throughout the online buying journey. This might involve overseeing website usability, product information accuracy, and managing the efficiency of the checkout process
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Tailor marketing messages to individual customer preferences
• Customer Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to retain loyal customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge:
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related to E-commerce field
• At least in 3 years experience in E-commerce operations
• Experience sales position of FMCG brand is an advantage
Other Skill:
How to use computer (excel, Power point, other platform operation is an advantage) and design tools is an advantage
