Ecommerce Specialist

Our Ecommerce and Digital team have an opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team.

This position is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the online customer journey and trading ecommerce websites. You will be a part of a small team, working in a hard-working, fast-paced but sociable office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management – Manage product loading, enrichment, and onsite merchandising on websites inline with releases by the business.

• Content Management – Update required content, manage homepage and campaign page updates including seasonal change outs.

• Promotion Management – Setting up, scheduling and testing promotions with SFCC, managing sale markdowns, and loyalty benefits within customer groups online.

• Onsite plugin's – work with various vendors to manage and optimise various aspects of the website that are powered by 3rd parties

• Email Content – when needed assist with build and test scheduled EDMs

• Reporting – support business reporting requirements as required with reporting.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Ecommerce Role

• Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and intermediate coding is preferred.

• A tertiary qualification in advertising, marketing, digital or a related function.

• Experience working in a PIM and managing 3rd party vendors.

• Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills with unquestioned attention to detail

• Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
