Report to: Regional Growth Director
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Develop care to sales processes that drive add-on sales, renew sales, referral sales
2.Mapped out a performance improvement plan for care to sales individuals
3. Manage objectives setting, care to the sales target, and learning advisor team’s performance monitoring.
4. Recruit, retain and build strong learning advisors to deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs.
5. Focus on generating and converting referrals leads to revenue from all sources of current customers.
6. Maximize conversion rate, hit the target, and deliver revenue growth per company plan by successfully managing and motivating the learning advisor team.
7. Develop care to sales innovation ideas, designing and implementing strategic care to sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence while fully aware of new products and competition status.
8. Research and test new care to sales channels (Autosales, outsource, etc.), develop respect to sales management tools (CRM system, centralized management system, etc.)
9. Training, coaching, and developing team
10. Manage to recruit high-performing learning advisor individuals
11. Manage any other ad hoc assignments given from time to time
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Minimum 4-5 years experience as care to a sales person in B2C and B2B
2. Minimum 4-5 years experience in respect to a sales leadership position in Education
3. Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English
5. We have a proven track record in driving the care to sales process from plan to close.
6. Driven and motivated to achieve results.
7. Excellence in training and coaching and motivating learning advisors force
8. Excellence in presentation, reporting
9. Able to travel
10. Dynamic and willing to scope with start-up business environment
Working schedule (Able to choose the shift)
5 Working days : 3 weekdays + 2 weekends
Shift 1: 9 am – 6 pm
Shift 2: 12 PM (Afternoon) - 9 pm
