Education Consultant

Education Consultant Join our team and Inspire! As our representative, you’ll play an important role in connecting with potential customers, partners and clients, promoting our Inspire packages, workshops, other services, and particularly TESOL courses. Your goal is to drive sales, build lasting relationships, and contribute to our mission of empowering educators. Responsibilities: 1. Consultations: o Provide clear and accurate consultations to potential clients regarding our offerings. o Explain the benefits of Inspire packages, workshops, services, and TESOL courses. 2. Lead Generation: o Create new leads by identifying potential partners and collaborators. o Cultivate and build relationships with schools and centres to expand our network. 3. Customer Interaction: o Follow up promptly on customer inquiries through various communication channels. o Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. 4. Process Enhancement: o Renew and enhance existing consultation procedures. o Keep accurate records of interactions and client details. 5. Student and Client Relations: o Foster long-term relationships with students and clients. o Assist AIT trainers and support new and graduate students. 6. Office Participation: o Actively engage in general office routines. o Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm • Two (2) Saturdays per month: Approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

1. Strong Sales Drive and Communication Skills: o The ideal candidate should possess a motivation for sales and excellent verbal communication abilities. 2. Sales Experience: o Prior experience in sales is desirable and considered necessary. 3. Education Industry Experience (Preferred): o While not mandatory, having experience in the education industry is desirable. 4. Language Proficiency: o A good command of English communication for an international office environment. 5. Personal Attributes: o The candidate should be active, energetic, and creative. 6. Team Orientation: o Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team. 7. Vietnamese Applicants Only: o The position is open exclusively to Vietnamese applicants.
