Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Education Counsellor with a strong focus on sales. In this role, you’ll combine counselling expertise with proactive sales strategies to convert leads into successful student enrolments. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and families, helping them understand opportunities while driving enrolment numbers to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on study abroad opportunities, visa requirements, and course options.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team enrolment targets.

• Follow up promptly with leads, inquiries, and referrals to ensure conversion.

• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

• Deliver presentations, attend events, and participate in marketing campaigns to generate leads.

• Track, report, and analyse sales performance against KPIs.

• Proven experience in sales.

• Experience in student counselling or education consultancy is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Knowledge of study abroad destinations (Australia, UK, Canada, USA, etc.) is highly desirable.
