Mô Tả Công Việc
• Attend to student face-to-face, phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information and advice to prospective students in Vietnam and their families regarding study opportunities in overseas
• Provide information and advice to prospective students in term of market and visa regulations
• Update the details of students on data system
• Follow through on student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information as well as assistance as required
• Work with Customer Care Officer (CCO) in gathering required both academic and financial documents
• Continually enhance product knowledge base through client trainings, workshops, briefing sessions, visits and peer discussion
• Keep informed of market and migration regulations changes that may have an impact on the business
• Assist the promotion and student bookings of excursions and cultural events
• Work with and support Marketing team in organizing student excursions and cultural events
• Manage in-house interview sessions where students and their parents can meet institutions
• Participate and support the events/activities
• Display consistent high level of professionalism at work
• Share knowledge and market information with team members who may find it useful.
• Other tasks will be assigned by line manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Completed Bachelor Degree or an equivalent amount of experience/education
• Experience in Overseas Study area and Administration is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Achievement orientated
• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure
• Work effectively in individual and a team
• High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
