EHS And Compliance Manager

• Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam regulations and global customer standards (EHS, Social Compliance, CTPAT, Security…).

• Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.

• Work directly with customers on compliance audits and improvement requests.

• Manage incident investigations and drive preventive actions.

• Prepare reports, statistics, and submit documentation to authorities when required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management or compliance roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.

• Proven experience in conducting audits and inspections.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications such as Human Management, ISO system...
