EHS Engineer

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems and procedures.

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with EHS policies and legal requirements.

• Monitor and inspect mechanical equipment and production lines to ensure operational safety and efficiency.

• Inspect fire protection systems and support emergency preparedness activities.

• Record, report, and propose corrective actions for unsafe conditions or risks identified during audits.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; identify root causes and recommend improvements.

• Deliver safety training and EHS awareness sessions to employees; coordinate periodic safety drills and refresher training.

• Participate in EHS audits and reviews, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and implemented.

• Stay updated with EHS laws, standards, and best practices through external workshops and internal meetings.

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years in EHS, with strong knowledge of mechanical safety and factory operations.

• Experienced working in Manufacturing large-size companies is preferrable.

3. Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of Vietnamese EHS laws, standards, and compliance procedures.

• Familiar with mechanical equipment, fire safety systems, and workplace safety protocols.

• Safety certification (Group II) required; EHS trainer certification is a plus.

• Good English communication skills (verbal & written).

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with EHS management systems is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, reporting, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple EHS tasks concurrently.
