EHS Specialist

1/ Compliance

Prepare for All Internal & External Audit & ensure 100% compliance.

Drive the Agro/Make/SC team to take action to comply with EHS Local VN Regulatory & Pepsico Standard requirement.

Review & update new regulatory & deploy to operation team.

Conduct the seft-Audit & Assessment regularly base on each of requirement.

Record & report in Monthly basic.

2/ EHS training

Design & provide training for contractors, new comers, employees group 04 (legal) & others EHS training where required to ensure they follow company’s policies. – Execute

Work with std owners/HR to develop EHS training plan & matrix.

Ensure to conduct EHS on the job training yearly for all employees/ contractors.

Coordinate with HR & ensure deliver EHS training as planned

Design and implement local H&S programs to build a safety culture among employees.

Cooperate with local fire police to conduct training for fire team and lead emergency evacuation yearly.

3/ Occupational Health & Safety (ISO45001) and Highly protected rating (HPR)

Deploy the program and checking the implementation to ensure comply with ISO45001 and HPR system and pass yearly surveillance audit by FM and external agency.

Build the risk assessment & procedure for new line or facilities to comply with ISO45001 and HPR system.

Take a role as Internal Auditor for integrated system (ISO 14001 and ISO45001).

4/ Safety

Organize the operating of safety & sanitation workers team.

Establish/ update the procedures to implement at plant, ensure the compliance with GEHSMS standards, ISO 45001 & legal requirements.

Work with all dept to conduct Risk Assessment, Environmental aspect & impact yearly

Conduct EHS incident investigation

Conduct EHS patrol daily in shop floor & contractors tasks, weekly inspection & follow-up to close findings in time & report to LM

Coordinate, give EHS advices & follow-up with std owners to ensure to meet GEHSMS std’s requirements.

Quarterly audit for technical stds

Deliver emergency drills (confine space, W@H, fire drill,....) yearly as defined.

Attend the DOR meeting, update relevant information and data

Be incharge for timesheet BCC of WWT & medical team.

Implement Capex as required.

5/ MESS & GEHSMS Deployment

In charge for MESS program & work with BU + cross function team to deploy agenda & AOP + ensure delivery 100% of MESS compliance

Drive GEHSMS program & collaboration with all function to deploy 100% required activities and ensure BD Site at high level of GEHSMS Deployment

Joining cross Plant MESS & GEHSMS Audit

6/ Sustainability

Drive Recon/Pep+ activities in BD Site across Agro/Make/SC.

Run Glidepath & the way to great performance of sustainability

Drive & focus on Water sustainability, enery reduction, GHG reduction for total Site.

Connect with BU & Global to learn & Apply Pep+ program + best practice

Training & monitoring KPIs and activities at BD Site.

Qualification:

Bachelor (University) of Health & safety/ Environment or Engineering related.

Experience:

At least 4-5 years in Health & safety/ Environment

Key Skills and competencies:

Problem-solving, Proactive

Supervising skill

Coaching skill (train the trainer)

Understanding ISO 14001, 45001, GMP, HACCP,…

MS office (word, excel, power point)

English skill (writing & reading)
