- Working with departments to correct and prevent nonconformities related to HR/company policies arising in internal audits and customer reviews.
- Assist the HR Compliance Assistant Manager to Conduct and document follow-up meetings with personnel regarding employee issues.
- Assist the HR Compliance Assistant Manager to develop and provide employee training on compliance policies.
- Assist the HR Compliance Assistant Manager to identify, investigate, and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
- Tracking and responding to complaints.
- Maintaining records of compliance activities.
- Preparing and filing compliance reports.
- Support other compliance-related and employee relation activities as requested
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field.
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Proficient Verbal and Written English Skill
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Documenting and reporting skills.
Attention to detail.
