-Assist IE Engineer to develop and maintain efficient, effective, and safe assembly processes for manual and box-build assembly.
- Assist IE Engineer to identify, analyze, and implement improvement in all manufacturing processes and systems including Process, Material and Information flow system.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and manufacturing operations personnel to Design, maintain, and continuously improve the production lines' performance and flexible, scalable, and cost effective manufacturing process.
- Supports Business Unit Management by providing accurate Manufacturing quotations.
- Focus on Production STD time and Efficiency, Line Balance, Flow, Layout and Headcount improvement for mass product

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization, strong communication skills.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
Proficient Verbal and Written English Skill
Bachelor Degree required (Prefer major Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management)
Fresh Graduates or less than 1 year experience.
