What you’ll bring - Have at least 5 years of experience in the same role. - In-depth expertise in the Energy & Utility Sector, specifically in Power Grid/Power Transmission & Distribution. - Exposure to and functional knowledge of DMS/EMS would be advantageous. - Knowledge of Grid management business processes, as well as practical experience working with grid operators or as an external consultant. - Be familiar with the Grid monitoring and protection, distributed energy integration and energy balancing and other techniques being used to improve the stability of grid. - Should have taken care of domain consulting, digital solution development, client requirement gathering, use case definitions, functional test case definitions & functional test execution as well as, reporting daily progress to the client & internal program stakeholders. - Ability to manage stakeholders, organize consulting or functional work, and accept responsibility for project outcomes. - Possess knowledge of digital grid solutions and have experience in at least 2/3 digital solution implementation. - A track record of implementing at least 1 grid modernization project (ADMS/DERMS/DRMS/VPP).

Good to Have - Understanding of Various ADMS/DERMS/DRMS/VPP product features. - Knowledge of emerging regulation in Utility Grid/TSOs/DSOs especially for Japan or other Asean markets - Experience working with global distributed IT / digital engineering teams following agile/scrum process. - Worked on software as a service (SaaS)-based Internet of Things solutions.
