Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

In this position, you will based in Technical Department in Head Office (HCMC) for project preparation & planning work and cement plant in Tay Ninh for long overnight business trips on Monday to Friday during project execution. You will be responsible for the project planning and project management activities of Electrical and Instrumentation system for cement plant upgrading and expansion projects within Fico-YTL. You will be involved in end-to-end project management and engaging with various stakeholders from project initiation to completion to ensure timely and successful project delivery to end-users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the installation and commissioning works of electrical & control system to ensure the project deliverables are met with schedule, quality, safety and comply to local authorities

2. Design the electrical - control systems for upgrading and expansion works.

3. Create BOM (bill of materials), BOQ (Bill of quantities) based on analysis design drawings, shop drawings and coordinate with relevant departments for execution.

4. Witnessing Factory Assembly Test (FAT)

5. Manage electrical engineering office desk works and project documentation required by authorities, operation & maintenance, including site dossier, inspection reports and acceptance dossier.

6. Comply with Company’s procedures and policies

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply

• Knowledge in cement production process is an advantage.

• Ability to read and understand electrical - control system design drawings, shop drawing from suppliers.

• Able to use AutoCad / Eplan for electrical/control design and proficient in using Autocad, MS Office.

• Willing to go on long overnight business trips within Vietnam for project execution works especially Tay Ninh and Binh Duong.

• Able to converse and write in Vietnamese and English.

• Process good interpersonal skills and communication skills to manage site activities.

• Possess good and positive work attitude & morality and possess ability to multi-task and work systematically.
