Electrical Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for design, development, prototyping, and testing of electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems throughout the various equipment of the Material Handling Division. Focusing on, manufacturability, cost reduction, enhancing machine performance, reliability, and standardization across the product lines, through effective collaboration with our technology partners and across the company. Essential Functions:

• Project Engagement: Utilize your experience to play a vital role in all phases of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they progress smoothly from inception to production, meeting and exceeding project objectives.

• AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor Proficiency: Leverage your high proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor to create detailed electrical designs, schematics, and 3D models that meet stringent industry standards.

• System Integration: Contribute to the seamless integration of state-of-the-art electrical and CAN communication systems tailored for rugged off-road applications, leveraging your technical proficiency.

• Collaborative Teamwork: Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, service, and senior engineers, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.

• Professional Growth: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through mentorship from experienced engineers, expanding your expertise and impact.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience working in an engineering capacity supporting product development with a particular focus in the material handling, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or other heavy equipment industry.

• Master's degree in related engineering field desired, but not required.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
