Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to support our engineering and project teams in the testing, implementation and supervision of electrical systems for Passenger Boarding Bridge projects in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with our design drawings and overseeing on-site (both factory and site) electrical works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify electrical systems and wiring diagrams for Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB) based on our standard design.

• Monitor and provide technical support for assembly, installation, and functional testing of PBB electrical systems at factory and site.

• Ensure all electrical components comply with project specifications, safety standards and customer requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during manufacturing, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and commissioning stages.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on electrical components and materials.

• Work closely with engineers from project, mechanical and QAQC department.

• Provide technical support during site installation and commissioning, if necessary.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by superiors.

• Ability to communicate in English is required.

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in electrical installation and supervision, preferably in industrial or construction environment.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit design and power distribution.

• Familiar with relevant electrical codes (NEC, etc)

• Understand electrical drawings and proficient in MS Office.

• Willing to travel or work at project sites within Vietnam when required.

• Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA or automation systems is a plus.

• Prior working experience with machines, equipment or airport works will be an added advantage.
