1. Project;
Design & Construction Project for all E&M System (Rolling Stock, Signaling, Telecommunication, Power Supply, OCS, Track work, PSD, AFC, Depot & Workshop Equipment, F-SCADA, Signage & Graphics) for New MRT Line-1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
2. Job Description;
2.1. Job Title & Role; Electrical Engineer
2.2. Responsible & Job Details;
(i) Preparation and submission of any document in English and Vietnamese related to electrical issues for this project.
(ii) Study and advice related to Vietnamese law, decree, regulation and Power Company’s regulation.
(iii) Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document.
(iv) Interpreter during the meeting with third parties.
(v) Cooperate and monitor sub-contractors to solve issues;
(vi) Check Construction & Installation (C&I) Design, C&I Drawing of the Subcontractors, and propose/ instruct Subcontractor to amend/ upgrade their design.
(vii) Supervise E&M installation & construction at sites
(viii) Interface and negotiate with relevant parties to submit document, report, procedure, plan, letter etc…by email, fax, telephone, software to register and get permission letter.
(ix) Go to site as Supervisor/Engineer during C&I and T&C phase
(x) Test substation & other electrical equipment at sites
(xi) Transfer skill and knowledge to Employer/ O&M company to operate the equipment/ system.
(xii) Any works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which is instructed by Power Supply System Manager

3. Requirements:
i) Gender : Male / Female
ii) Good English (both written and spoken) skills and communication skills
iii) Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, DIALux, …
iv) Level 1 certificate for Supervision is preferable
v) Experiences :
- At least 5 years experience in Design, C&I and T&C for Lighting/signaling System; Low/medium Voltage System.
- At least 8 years experience in supervising E&M installation & test at sites
vi) University Degree, Bachelor Degree, major in Electrical Engineering, preferably graduated from HCMC University of Technology.
vii) Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.
viii) Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
ix) Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
x) Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.

6. Mobilization Schedule; As soon as possible.
