Mô Tả Công Việc
- Repair production equipment, plant equipment and related systems, particularly when concerned with electrical malfunctions
- Uses machine tools and hand tools working with a variety of metals and other materials, within prescribed tolerances as directed.
- Analyzes malfunctioning machines and systems (electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.), recommends correction action, and makes electrical or other type repairs, or modifications, as approval by supervision
- Maintains a working understanding of plant production processes, equipment, systems, and facilities in order to perform maintenance effectively, under general directions.
- Work in cooperation with engineering, technical, and production supervisory or outside of the company personnel when directed.
- Use past practices, basic data tables, hand brakes, and technical reference to determine electrical equipment, materials, size, and other working data for the approval by the supervisor
- Analyzes and repairs specialized equipment heavily dependent upon electronic controls, electromechanical mechanisms, and related components under general direction.
- Get required tools, equipment, and instruments; clean up and store as necessary.

- Sử dụng công cụ bằng tay hoặc máy móc với một loạt các kim loại và các nguyên vật liệu trong phạm vi dung sai quy định theo hướng dẫn
- Phân tích những máy móc và hệ thống (điện tử, thủy lực, khí nén, ...) bị hư hỏng và sửa chữa phải được sự cho phép của giám sát sản xuất.
- Duy trì sự hiểu biết trong quá trình sản xuất, hệ thống và trang thiết bị để thực hiện việc bảo trì một cách hiệu quả theo chỉ đạo chung.

- Sử dụng những bài tập, bảng dữ liệu cơ bản, và tham số kỹ thuật để xác định thiết bị điện, vật liệu kích thước hoặc các dữ liệu làm việc khác được chấp thuận bởi giám sát
- Phân tích và sửa chữa các thiết bị chuyên ngành phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào điều khiển, cơ chế, cơ điện, và các thành phần liên quan theo chỉ đạo chung
