Electrical Engineer (Quảng Ninh, Hải Phòng)

Position Objective:

Supervises the Facility activities through the implementation of a preventative maintenance program and an ongoing maintenance repair for equipment, facilities, that support the most efficient manufacturing operation possible. Compiles and maintains records on reporting personnel for compensation and performance evaluation purposes.

Position Scope:

Work under direction of Facility Manager to keep minimize on general faciltiies and also low machine breakdown maintenance and to maintain good machine performance.

Manage and organize technician to cover facility machines repair and minimize machine breakdown.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Plans and implements effective procedures and policies for the facility section to ensure that all equipment, facilities, and utilities are in an acceptable state of repair. Administers plant Total Productive maintenance programs.

• Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, and contractors the installation of new equipment or equipment processes.

• Supervises supplier/ contractor in all daily activities of the Facility section to ensure completion of assigned projects that will minimize machine downtime, also general facilities equipment .

• Monitors completion of maintenance projects to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.

• Supports the company vision through active participation.Responsible for identifying problems and finding solutions for same; works to implement changes

• Provides technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems of a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic/pneumatic nature.

• Serves as support of any Company Committee.

• Participates in administrative and technical programs such as cost reduction,process improvements, communication, and employee training.

• Always support EMS- Environmental Management System / ISO 14001 and maintain the system .

• Responsible for 5S audit in facility area and do improvement workshop.

• Has experiences/ familiar with Facility system as Air conditioning system, High/Low Electrical system, Boilers system, LPG operation system, Waste water treatment system, etc.

Key Challenges

• Understanding TPM and Implementation to ATH within target.

• Maintain zero down time for electrical, air supply .

• Solve all item that distrub to production and productivitie issues such as water leak.

• Improvement machine & equipment in good condition base on PM schedule.

Key Selection Criteria / Education and Experienxe Requirements:

• Degree in electricity/automation engineering.

• Plus three to five years manufacturing experience is required in facility and maintenance.

• Must possess the ability to organize, direct supplier/contractor to complete the job.

• Must have knowledge of quality control and production techniques, equipment, tooling, and process
