Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (Local & Expat)
Job description
We are seeking highly skilled E&I Engineers with expertise in E&I to join our team. Open for all levels apply.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be responsible for assigned projects and work packages and to ensure that they meet or exceed client’s expectations:
Utilize your professional expertise to ensure the Atlas scope of work is precisely procured, briefed, and effectively managed.
Take charge of coordinating construction sequencing and scheduling activities, ensuring clear communication and comprehension by our teams.
Ensure delivery of the projects on time with high quality, which normally includes.
+ Review Clients' Electrical & Instrumentation Drawings and Markups and make sure to understand the work process.
+ Execute thorough QA and QC procedures throughout the modeling process.
+ Create Electrical & Instrumentation Installation details, one-line diagrams, Control panel layouts an cable lists under the supervision of the client.
+ Foster efficient collaboration by uploading 3D models to the client's dedicated hub platform (e.g., BIM360).
+ Develop and modify E&I drawings for oil and gas facilities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accurately represent process flows, equipment, instrumentation, and electrical components.
• Other tasks as required.
Job requirements
*Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics and control, or related Engineering field.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following software: (AutoCAD one-line diagram, EPLAN, Elecdes, Aveva)
• Strong understanding of E&I creation, single line diagrams in Oil & Gas industry, and project setting up.
• Knowledge of P&ID is an added advantage;
• Good English communication skills.
• Familiarity with point cloud data processing and manipulation.
• Familiarity with international electrical and control design codes and standards.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and instrumentation equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience with BIM360 or similar collaborative platforms is a plus.
