Electricity Manager - Trưởng Phòng Điện (New Project)

Scope of Work:

Responsible for managing and operating, maintaining the power system of the IP (includes 110kV substation and 22kV grid) and implementing the involved procedures, performing related work with EVN to provide the best electric service to customers in IP.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Project Management Dept. with the role of professional consultant, designation in the construction of the power system (110kV substation and 22kV distribution system) as a part of the technical infrastructure of IP.

2. Manage and supervise related departments, service companies and contractors to operate, maintain, repair and troubleshoot 110kV substations and 22kV distribution power systems in industrial parks.

2.1. 110kV Substation

- Supervising the operational company, scheduling maintenance and troubleshooting units during the operation of 110kV substations to meet the power supply requirements in the industrial park;

- Implement procedures related to 110kV station operation with EVN such as: registration of working power cut, the plan of operation, schedule report to EVN…

2.2. 22kV distribution system in IP

- Managing the medium voltage team during operation; Managing contractors or service companies in troubleshooting on the 22kV grid;

- Manage and cooperate with customers in Power supply agreement, power connection, consultancy in electricity power distribution and consumption as well as customer service (connection, metering, support customer...)

3. Build procedures and regulations to coordinate departments (High and medium voltage) and related external units such as Contractors, EVN to operate and supply safe, reliable and stable

electricity for customers in the secure industrial park.

4. Prepare for the power system maintenance (plan, materials, human resources...) for 110kV station and 22kV transmission line and monitor the maintenance process.

5. Proposing technical solutions in operation, construction, maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Write procedures, regulations and standards for equipment operation and maintenance.

- Training and guiding new employees on experiences and lessons during operation.

6. Prepare reports and activities of working with authorities related to the power system.

7. Other assignments from the General Director.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electricity field.

• Experience: Over 5 years working in Power system field, leading and managing electrical operation teams.

• Have knowledge and experience about the operation and maintenance of the power system, including 110kV and 22kV substation, electricity safety and construction.

• Understand the working principle of the 22kV distribution system, procedures to work with EVN in scheduling maintenance.

• Good health and English communication.

• Have good relationships with EVN is an advantage.

** Workplace: New project in Viet Tri/Tay Coc, Phu Tho.

** Working Time: 8:00 - 16:30, Mon - Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).
