*** Job summary:
This position, Senior Engineer of the lithium ion battery, will be responsible for optimization and development of various electrolyte filling process for use in high performance LiB
*** Responsibility Description:
■ Electrolyte filling Process Design and co-work on electrolyte formulations of LiB to optimize the performance of cells
■ Develop electrolyte filling process techniques to evaluate formulation-performance relationships and provide chemical components and enhancement strategies at the cell level
■ Select, characterize, and validate materials and cell components (cathode, anode, electrolytes, separator, etc.)
■ Work with electrolyte and equipment suppliers to identify short and long term roadmap for achieving high performance and cost reduction for LiB
■ Plan, develop, and execute Design of Experiments for fabrication and testing of cylindrical or prismatic cell

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
■ BS+ in Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Materials &, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
■ At least 2 years of industrial experience in lithium ion battery electrolyte development or process
■ Deep knowledge in the mechanism of interphase between liquid and solid phase
■ Good understanding of potential failure mechanisms

■ At least 2 years of industrial experience in lithium ion battery electrolyte development or process
