Electronic Engineer

1. Job Objective

• Designing and implementing electronic circuits, conducting performance evaluations, searching and validating alternative components, troubleshooting and resolving electrical and electronic issues.

2. Job Description

• Manage project simultaneously in the role of an Electronic Engineer from the kick-off phase to mass production (MP).

• Analyze issues related to PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and identify root causes to propose corrective solutions.

• Utilize PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD) to design and modify electronic circuit boards. Can export the BoM, Schematic and Gerber to support production.

• Investigate alternative components for electronic components

• Basic knowledge of programming various types of MCUs.

• Conduct tests on electronic products to ensure stability, performance, and compatibility.

• Provide technical support to production and quality control teams throughout the production and testing process.

• Conduct supplier audits and management to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements from MIL.

• Work closely with design, production, and quality control teams to optimize processes and resolve product-related issues.

3. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical-Electronics, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the electronics field, particularly with PCBA and related issues in electronic circuits.

• Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and components.

• Experience working with PCB design tools such as OrCAD or similar software.

• Experience in controlling brushed and brushless DC motors (BLDC), experience related to power tools is an advantage.

• Proficient in using measurement and analysis instruments for electronic circuits, such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Power Supplies.

• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

• Understanding of the electronic manufacturing process and related product requirements from design to mass production.

• Good communication skills, ability to work in teams and collaborate with different departments.

• Can use English for email and daily work communication and collaboration.
