Email & Automation Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Planning, executing, and optimizing email & automation marketing to promote our brand, deliver our updates, information to customers and maximize conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop email/sms & automation marketing strategy to optimize consumer journey and maximize conversion.

• Work with existing marketing platforms to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns and improve workflows.

• Set up and configure email/sms & automation platforms, including designing templates.

• Copywriting, proofreading email/sms before scheduling

• Develop and maintain a system to track and segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns.

• Utilize data insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize customer journeys.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and best practices.

• Developing and executing email/sms campaigns using marketing automation tools.

• Design, author, and execute marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing and customer onboarding.

• Generate reports and analyze data to measure the success and ROI of marketing automation efforts.

• Close support other business unit and teams with any automation related tasks

Requirements & skills:

• Work experience in automation or email marketing for 3-4 years

• Familiarity with Shopify platform and Email/SMS tools (e.g. Klaviyo) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)

• Email/SMS MKT experience for US market is a plus

• Good report writing skills & analytical skills

• Good copywriting skill in English
