This person will report to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with co-workers across departments including project management, development, design and GA/GTM.
What You’ll Do:
• Plan, implement and manage post-purchase customer lifecycle journey
• Support with the set-up, testing and deployment of one-off, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies for future email campaigns
• Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimised, user and mobile-friendly
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required
• Summarize results of email campaigns, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive future optimisation opportunities
• Create A/B test plans to continuously increase email engagement
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 2+ years of experience with email and marketing automation software and integration with databases
• Demonstrable knowledge of email best practices extending to responsive HTML design, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and email performance metrics
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs performance
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-directed, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision
• Strong organisational skills and exemplary attention to detail
