- Create test designs, test specifications and apply testing technique to verify requirement.
- Execute test cases, document results and report problems
- Definition of the test strategy, test plan, test matrix
- Creation and maintenance of the test schedule (including resource planning)
- Definition and coordination of the test activities (including assignment of responsibilities)
- Selection of test platforms / test centers
- Generation of test summary report
- Tracking and reporting of status
- Escalation of test resource conflicts
- Main contact for the test topic for the whole project
- Making decision skill to solve urgent issue, balancing resource and giving priority for project.
- Support test colleague, build-up team and engage team member.
- Ready to learn new technique.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Major in Computer Engineering/ Electrical- Electronics/ Electronics- Telecommunication/Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in Software Testing
- Good in C/C++ and Python programming language
- Good Knowledge of microcontroller and embedded system
- Good English skills, communication skill with foreign colleague, with various level of stakeholder
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle
- Good testing knowledge and testing technique. ISTQB certificate preferred (Foundation/Advanced level)
- Experience in emulators, simulators, debugging and test equipment.
- Automotive domain knowledge preferred
- Automotive communication protocols e.g. CAN/LIN/Flexray/Ethernet and AUTOSAR architecture will be added advantages
- Self-driven and strong inter-personal skill
- Good teamwork skill
- Good time management skill.
- Good negotiation skill with stakeholders.
- Team engagement, motivation and competency build-up
- At least 4 years of experience in Software Testing
