To collaborate with Head of HR and the HRBP lines to take a strategic approach to employee engagement and internal communications, helping the organization to share and develop its objectives with the workforce using a range of innovative tools and techniques. To play a vital role in engaging the people who work for FPT Information System as we explore how we work together in new ways by designing and implementing dynamic internal events/activities that embed and develop our culture. Accountabilities: 1. To take a lead role in the following activities:  Planning & delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications to employees  Improving the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate staff  Improving the involvement of staff in shaping and influencing the direction of the organization  Develop channels of communication relevant to the needs of the workforce  Make sure employees have a voice that is visibly listened to 2. Plan, execute and build up idea/concept of all well-being & annual activities to attract high involvement and engagement of staff 3. Produce ideas & social media contents in English & Vietnamese for a variety of internal communication channels 4. Support organizational change by creating effective internal communications strategies and ensuring best practices across the business model unit as change is managed 5. Establish benchmarks and targets against which future improvement can be made 6. Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the workforce engagement strategy 7. Assist Head of HR and HRBP in delivery of the objectives of the HR service plan, and to ensure continuous working towards the commitments set out in the People Plan 8. Monitor financial budgets for communication and engagement activity 9. Ensure that the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, maintained, and evaluated to increase effectiveness 10. Oher duties assigned by the Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field • At least 2-year-experience in Internal Communications/ Employee Engagement/ Employee Branding or in the same fields • Having strong skills in creating content, independently raising ideas for internal and external events • Must have an eye for detail and possess the writing and grammatical skills necessary to develop content that requires little or no editing includes including providing content for internet and intranet • Proven organizational skills – be willing to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced challenging environment • Building and managing positive relationships with stakeholders • Collaborating with colleagues at all levels. • English and Vietnamese fluency
