* The Employee Relations Manager is in charge of Industrial relations activities including handling disciplinary/ compliance cases and advising management on best practices. Set direction, create policy, and provide expert consultation in all compliance matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues. The position is also in charge of facilitating everything related to employee and management relations and work to help employees and management understand each other.
* Job responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice/ consultation in all matters relating to collective agreement and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
* Work with related stakeholders to conduct necessary investigations relating to ethics and compliance.
* Handle disciplinary cases and advise management on best practices regarding PIP and MSA.
* Compose, review and adjust (HR related policies and processes, Internal regulations, Disciplinary process…) relating to HR operation of company
* Ensure the implementation and compliance of Internal regulations.
* Manage all reports relating to occupational accidents.
* Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
* Lead and support local authority related audits towards manpower in Vietnam.
* Manage others as assigned by the management or as required.
* Job requirements:
* University Degree preferably in Law or Human Resources
* Minimum 08 years of experiences in handling Industrial Relations and/or Employee Relations, preferably in a multinational company
* Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor laws, rules and regulations
* Strong interpersonal, conflict management, communication and collaboration skills
* Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English
* Be able to handle the full cycle of employee issues from strategy to execution.
