Mô Tả Công Việc
• Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with managers and people internally, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages/communications, also aligned with company direction.
• Actively get updates from different channels/departments and collect materials (sharing speech, take photos, record videos, etc.) to deliver latest news about the company and business.
• Create creative, engaging, and impactful content for company culture, business updates, events, etc. (in both English & Vietnamese).
• Support all internal communication activities related to internal brand campaign and cultural promotion programs.
• Get involved in Communications Projects of Panasonic Vietnam Group
2. TALENT ACQUISITION (TA)
• Contribute to the recruitment strategy design and process set-up for campus recruitment for PACVN (Panasonic Air-Conditioning Vietnam)
• Cooperate with TA team as in-charge of recruitment of HVAC trainees for a comprehensive training & development program combined with internships, and practical work experience in Vietnam and overseas.
• Research hiring trends, competitors’ activities in order to continuously keep Hiring Managers posted on talent market updates, effectiveness of implemented activities, and consult on adjustment where necessary.
• Participate in HVAC experienced hires upon request.
3. EMPLOYER BRANDING (EB)
• Enhance relationship with educational institutions which specializes in HVAC.
• Implement and plan creative and exciting General Branding along with Fresher Program to diverse target audience - HVAC students across Vietnam to increase brand recognition and attract talents
• Identify ways to optimize the candidate experience and seek operational effectiveness.
• Partner with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communications to ensure employer brand content is visually appealing, aligned with our overall brand voice and standards.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience and committed to TA/EB career path
• Experienced in building and/or facilitating key programs and workshops
• Having strong ownership, good experience with content marketing, design review, creating new ideas, new
initiatives and with continuous improvement
• Result-oriented, able to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and multiple deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong planning & project management, a team player and able to work independently with minimal
supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
