We are looking for an Employer Branding Lead who will match our ambitions, and help us better ourselves and achieve our goals.
As our Employer Branding Lead, you will grow our company brand’s presence by creating innovative ways to attract students and potential candidates to the company’s career platform and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities through advertising campaigns. This position will give out the ideas and marketing strategies to define, maintain, and promote the company’s brand.
The Employer Branding Lead will report to the General Director in Vietnam and work closely with the other team members in other offices. This role functions to execute policies, programs, and processes in line with our workplace culture and values.
What You Will Be Doing:
Define target audience and build employer branding strategy and messaging that promotes GeoComply as a great place to work incorporate IDEA & Impact initiatives
Source and manage sponsorship opportunities, best employer awards, including external & internal campaigns to maximize the company’s image to ensure the best employee experience as well as attract new talents
Collaborate with NPOs/NGOs and universities to organize and support events such as sponsorships, partnerships, scholarships, CSR, etc.
Partner with our Marketing team & Global Employer Branding team to ensure that our careers site, job postings, social media content, office feel & look reflect GeoComply’s employer brand value proposition
Collaborate with our Admin team to develop and execute internal campaigns/events that drive engagement and employee retention including content and branding designs
Actively source and participate in networking events to promote brand and increase brand awareness
Manage event photos, images and related
Assist the General Director’s meetings & events including events booking and participation when required
Support the General Director with the creation of presentations and other documentations for employer branding actitivities
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the General Director
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Have 5+ years of experience focused on employer brand
In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing and have strong & effective network with NGO/NPO
Exceptional communication skills, whether written or verbal
A genuine interest in people and motivation to create and maintain strong working relationships. You have a natural ability to establish rapport and trust
Passion for being a part of a high-growth and fast-paced start-up and tech environment
Experience with analytics and a data-driven approach to work
Good knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital and social media
Good Design/photography skills and content creation
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people across different locations, cultures and levels within the company
Good problem-solving and organization skills
Can-do attitude and ambitious thinking will be a plus
Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
