Employer Branding Specialist

1. Communication:​

- Take charge of communication and advertising campaigns from planning to content creation that elevate our employer brand visibility and awareness to targeted candidates. ​

- Drive the promotion of our employee value proposition (EVP) through compelling content across various social platforms. Your creativity will play a crucial role in showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities, positioning us as a compelling destination for prospective talents.​

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our content and communication channels.​

2. Partnerships Cultivation & Events Management:​

- Foster partnerships with key organizations, including universities, associations, student groups, and EB Award organizations to expand our talent pools and enhance our employer brand presence.​

- Drive the planning and execution of university events and other employer branding initiatives to create impactful touchpoints with potential candidates.​

3. Others​

- Support internal events organized by the Employer Branding, Engagement & Communication Department.​

- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the Employer Branding, Engagement & Communication efforts.

- At least 1 year of experience in employer branding, or other related HR fields, with a track record of success in enhancing employer brand visibility​

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and content management platforms​

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese ​

- Experience in content creation and management across diverse platforms (Sharepoint, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Website, etc.)​

- Experience in building and/or facilitating key programs and workshops​

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
