Mô Tả Công Việc
• Provide technical expertise to increase the number of zero breakdown machines, reduce breakdown re-occurrences, and increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF).
• Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing maintenance performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage OCAT (operational and critical analysis) implementation for Medical plant, and component identification, classification and registration.
• Register new machine and upload functional location into SAP
• Plan for PM schedule yearly/monthly/weekly of all machines and equipment
• Manage all software application such as PLC program, Drivers, machine program for all IMM machines & equipment.
• Support the 8 TPM pillars with technical resources and coaching to improve Overall equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Coordinate the Effective Maintenance (EM) pillar resources to deliver reliable maintenance processes including: 5S, Visual Factory and spare parts inventories for all new and existing equipment as well as equipment modifications.
• Improve and maintain quality of maintenance activities by proper work instructions
• Control spare part in, out properly to maintain always minimum stock of critical spare parts, then reduce machine breakdown time, increase productivity
• Implement Energy Efficiency Project ISO 50001
• Analysis cause of all machines and action plan on (A3, DIR, Red tag, action card and other reports...).
• Spare part management as monitor critical parts to maintain machine is good condition
• Submit (RFQ, PR) to order spare parts and can work will vendors on technical specification to ensure that goods or parts to be ordered correctly.
• Support other departments to create and or register SAP code, machine code and upload into SAP
• Implement calibration for all machines and equipment based on schedule and compliance
• Consolidate with team to update Kaizen and monitoring saving cost
• Build SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedure) and conduct with team on the procedures.
• Can communicate with expert or vendor on technical issues and solve together with experts if needed.
• Others (communicate with Global team for support of new projects and or new machines...)
• Support for maintenance team on SAP PM if needed.
• Support other departments on SAP if needed
• Other jobs will be assigned by head of department

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Background about automation, mechanical system are a mandatary
• Knowledge and experience about PLC
• Knowledge about TPM is plus
• English is a must (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
• Knowledge of functions of the injection molding machine (IMM)
• Have 3-5-year-working experience about manufacturing field
• Good paper job as well as hand-on job.
• Can be able to manage team or group is a plus
• Good leadership, Good attitude, Good teamwork.
• Good Training Skills.
• Knowledge and experience about PLC
• Knowledge about TPM is plus
• English is a must (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
