Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Discuss with GTC, create global SOP for GTC and local SOP for BBVN RDTC
• Discuss with GTC (BMI + BBM + BBVN RDTC) then create GLOBAL sub processm, SOP for GTC
• Discuss with BBVN RDTC to localize process, sub process, SOP
2. Investment: responsible for planning, implementation of investment for BBVN Test Center
• Clarify requirement with RDTC, RDService
• Seeking for technical solution, clarify specification of equipment
• Follow up with procurement for procurement activities (QR, Decision matrix, PO,PR workflow)
• Follow up with vendor for detail technical requirement.
3. Coordinate for complex R&D Project (e.g.: ~ many MDR Projects for different product groups in parallel)
• Coordinate with Requestor (GTC / other requestor) for clarifying requirement
• BBVN RDS for sample handling (timeline & import & export) and aging service.
• BBVN RDTC for testing
• Vietnamese Custom & BBVN SCM for logistic of sample (incl. custom clearance)
• External Lab for test (expansion of capability or capacity for BBVN RDTC) and other simulation service (e.g.: Transportsimulation and Aging)
4. Responsible for implementation testing requirement from requestor and create the Test Report accordingly.
• Responsible for implementation the testing & creating test report then upload to b. docs from requestor (RD BBM, other stakeholders…)
• Define standard template to collect all information related to testing activities (good preparation for issue analysis if any)
• Responsible for create WI, Standard measurement
• Manage the testing time for cost aspect control.
• Manage & storage document for traceability (TS, TR...)
• Responsible for MDR testing procedure, deployment.
• Support other functions of team (Incoming, Final Control, In process...) when required.
5. Responsible for coordinate with requestor to fullfil all requirements for testing.
• Responsible for leading the investigation for root cause analysis for the issue occurs during testing and follow-up/monitoring quality after corrective action done.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3 years experience working in Laboratory (QC, IPQC or relevant lab)
• Having Project management or coordination experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical majors with at least five years of working experience. Prefer chemical, biological, mechanical engineering, material science, and pharmacy background.
• Having knowledge about ISO 17025 is an advantage
• Intermediate level English (B2)
• Able to use German is an advantage
• Good Documentation Practice skill (For Test Report) and Project management skill (For Coordination)
• Can communicate effectively and efficiently
• Having Interculture soft skill and creativeness for problem solving
• Patient, carefully and accurate
• Having Project management or coordination experience
