This role is to involve in coding, designing system and architecture, leading and managing software engineering teams, working closely with other stakeholders to develop large-scale products.
Description
* Lead the team in technical aspects, also be involved in coding, designing, doing code review, developing new features of the product
* Follow up and manage team members by allocating tasks, keeping track and reviewing performance, providing guidance and solutions needed
* Collaborate with Product teams and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of the product and the entire software development process
* Grow Vietnam and remote engineering teams, handle full recruitment process and retain people
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and other relevant fields
* Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
* 3+ years in similar positions, with previous hands-on experience in coding and reviewing code
* Experience in previous product-focused/start-up/large-scale mobile or cloud apps would be a great big plus
* Problem solving skills, great leadership experience, good communications and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt with fast-paced work environment
