Engineering Supervisor

Mission of the role:

- Responsible for manage maintenance TPM activities (autonomic maintenance, emergency maintenance, planned maintenance)

- Continuous improvement in process, cost, quality and production.

- Definition and Implementation of the PFMEA, WI and other documents for ALL the Articles

- Productivity / Quality / cost saving

- 5S/Layout

- New product introduction

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and implement all Process Engineering policies, procedures and best practices

- Ensure all employees follow procedures

- Lead, monitor and manage the engineering/maintenance team independently, take full responsibility for all activities as well as for professionalism and discipline of the department

- According to process technical information, establish operation PFMEA/manuals/procedures/layout/process flow and keep them up-to-date

- Monitor the production process control, e.g. process parameter.

- Responsible for trial production and mass production of new products according to requirements of customers

- Responsible for equipment introduction for new product or continuous improvements

- Solve the process and machine issue to keep production line running smoothly

- Give support to R&D or Technical Department on product design and sample making

- Build necessary product and process database in ERP system

- Working with team to analyze and solve quality issue/customer complaints

- Working with team to increase the production capacity and efficiency

- Fixture design and implementation

- Responsible for leading and implementing TPM activities (autonomic maintenance, emergency maintenance, planned maintenance), prepare necessary documents, such as WI, maintenance plan etc

- Reduce equipment downtime, improve machine running time

- Maintains industrial manufacturing equipment and helping with repairs to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems.

- Provides technical support and staff coordination of maintenance related items. Coordinates all outside maintenance and construction activities

- Reviews proposals for new equipment, tools and facilities and plans for installation. Assists in preparation layout and equipment changes.

- Responsible for management of spare parts inventory controls and purchasing plan

- Support EHS on ensure environment and safety work related to the position

- Complete other work arranged by the direct Manager

- Responsible for plant infrastructure

- Necessary training to maintenance team and production team

Minimum requirements:

- Education: college degree or above

- Languages: English

- IT: MS office, ERP, CAD, 3D software

- Experience: Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience

- Other knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, Technical & Professional Knowledge, APQP, PFMEA,ISO

Familiar with Siemens 200/300/1200/1500 ，know SCL, Programming language, Familiar with Siemens PCS7/TIA Portal software, able to do PLC programming independently
