We’re expanding our team and looking for several Road & Bridge Engineers to step into the exciting world of loss adjusting—think Sherlock Holmes meets Civil Engineering, but with fewer deerstalker hats and more site visits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Investigate damage and losses in road, bridge, and infrastructure projects;

• Analyze the causes and determine fair settlement solutions

• Work with clients, contractors, and insurers to get the right outcome

• Prepare detailed assessment reports (yes, in English!)

What We’re Looking For

• A fresh graduate (or up to 2 years’ experience) in Road & Bridge, Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Strong English skills (you’ll use it daily!)

• A sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Great communication skills—because numbers don’t speak for themselves!
