-Plan and propose purposeful layouts/space planning in consideration of user experience on the website.
-Plan cohesive concepts and design for print or online production.
-Amend and revise campaigns in response to feedback.
-Create graphics (art arrangement, type, and style) by combining typography with photos and illustrations to present an idea for approval.
-Edit, retouch and manipulate images to complete the design concept.
-Create and design various materials for collaterals.
-Establish design framework, direction as well as brand guidelines.
-Collaborate within the team and with stakeholders from other departments such as marketing.
-Meet deadlines, able to prioritize and react quickly to shifting priorities.
-Ensure that the high quality of creativity and production is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards.
-26 days of standard Annual Leave + 1-day birthday leave
-Up to 4 days of AL added as service incentive leave
-2 off days a week, 10 hours a day (with 1-hour break)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-1 to 2 years experience as a web or graphic designer.
-Familiar with current web-design trends and techniques.
-Solid understanding of how to create powerful, interactive, and appealing designs for banner advertising, and media content.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Knowledge in practical applications of various digital imaging tools and applications like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, 2D Graphic Design, Figma, Sketch, and video software.
-Understanding of marketing, production, website design, branding, advertisements, and multimedia design
-Knowledge of current Web Development languages HTML and CSS.
-Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
-Required Language(s): English and Mandarin.
-Willing to relocate to the Philippines.
