Job Description
Course Consultants are the backbone of our programs. They are key support personnel whose primary responsibilities lay in being specialists and program subject matter experts within their assigned programs, providing customer relations assistance to parents and students, liaising them with teachers and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Program Specific Administrative Duties
- Logistics and Office Management
- Language assistance: Teacher/staff translation support
- Marketing / Sales support
- Customer Service / Public Relations: Parent/Student Relationship Management
- Special Projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English and Korean skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer Service industry experience (preferable)
- Any professional certifications/licenses (if applicable)
