The Hanoi Teaching Centre has identified ambitious expansion plans for the coming years. In line with these plans, the Sales and Customer Management team will be having the critical task of delivering growth in sales volume. We may also have an expanding examinations operation facilitating the taking of UK examination this is in accordance with our plan to grow our IELTS and APTIS customer base. Our customers engage with us face-to-face, online, through email and via the phone, and the Branch Manager will lead the team to ensure an efficient and effective level of service.
In a highly competitive market, our teaching centres need to provide high quality and efficient Services. The new branch will serve primarily Young Learners or Adults.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Vietnam. This role is ensure a high quality, welcoming and efficient integrated customer service experience to all new and existing customers with the purpose of meeting/exceeding sales and customer management targets across all British Council services.
+) Meet and exceed all sales targets and KPIs as set out by the organisation
+) Sales targets refer to all new student and returned Adult student registration for English courses.
- Sales via telephone, email, face-to-face consultation.
- Provide an exceptional of Customer services care and support
- Registration of new customers and existing Adult for Teaching Centre.
- Share duty officer role with the Line Manager
- Any other duties as assigned by the line manager or branch manager to meet operational
