Mô Tả Công Việc
Role: Responsible for teaching English full-time & part-time to assigned students. Also includes making a teaching plan suitable to the level of students and the requirements of customers/students based on the curriculum provided by the company, providing professional inputs during the teaching process.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching one-on-one English to assigned students.
- Assess the entry level of students.
- Propose a lesson plan (lesson plan) suitable to the student's level based on the learning program provided by the company or according to the request of the customer/student.
- Provide appropriate learning methods to help students overcome weaknesses in the process of learning English.
- Assist students in orientating based on their own English learning experience.
- Ensure the approach in the teaching process: planning, implementing, monitoring the learning process of students.
- Guarantee the teaching progress, number of lessons in a week, in a month.
- Guarantee the quality of each lesson and students' learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and summarize the learning process of each student.
- Propose and contribute teaching materials and teaching methods.

Requirements:
- Honesty, politeness, good people skills, punctuality, discipline.
- Clear English and Vietnamese (for Vietnamese teacher) pronunciation.
- Ability to communicate flexibly. Skilled in using different teaching techniques and methods to improve students' abilities such as phonics, grammar, vocabulary; especially 4 skills: Listening (Listening) - Speaking (Speaking) - Reading (Reading) - Writing (Writing).
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Ability to quickly adapt to unexpected requests.
- Ability of capturing the emotions, levels, learning attitudes and perceptions of students to adjust activities and teaching methods.
- Having great network in education field.
Preferences:
- Age: 21-30 years old
- Teachers with experience working at bilingual & international schools in Vietnam.
- Teachers with experience working at English centers in Vietnam.
- International students graduated from UK, USA, Australia, Canada
- Graduates from Top Universities in Vietnam.
- IELTS 6.5 (or C1 CEFR equivalent certificates) and international English teaching certificates.
