• Requirement compliance
o Ensure all ES licenses to be obtained and in valid
o Ensure the ES strategy, standard and procedures to be documented and maintained as per requirements
• Operation system continuous Improvement
o Drive the programs of Global system - Safety & Environment Pillars
o Improve the Safety Culture and Behavior in the brewery
o Coordinate to achieve PSM compliance for the brewery
• Safe Operation
o Work as solution provider to safety, environment, and security problems.
o Ensure the safety operation implementation properly applied
o Drive KPI to achieve the expectation
• People management
o Effectively manage the Emergency Response Team, Safety Committee and Contractors according to the brewery standards and regulatory
o Build and develop ES-R Teams in a proactive manner
• Ensure the competency of human resource in ES
o Develop and deliver environment and safety trainings in the brewery
o Ensure safety trainings complied with regulatory
• Ensure the CSR role and sustainability strategy: Drive Environmental & Safety Campaigns, Events & CSR
