Job description
System Management:
• Directly oversee, manage, and take responsibility for the performance results of functional units: Equipment Management (EM) as assigned by the Plant Director or Company Leadership.
• Take responsibility for building and planning human resources for the EM department of the plant in line with the company's development direction.
• Propose commendations, disciplinary actions, appointments, replacements, and recruitment proposals for staff under the EM department to the Plant Director and Company Leadership.
• Develop and train human resources, succession planning to meet the staffing needs of the EM department.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of work by EM department staff.
• Inspect and supervise work plans, personnel plans, and training plans to ensure operational efficiency and cost reduction for the business.
Organization, Operation, Inspection, and Control of Equipment Management Activities:
• Direct and control the development of procedures, regulations, and guidelines related to the overall Equipment Management activities of the entire plant.
• Direct and control the execution of routine maintenance and servicing of equipment according to the plan.
• Take responsibility for directing and controlling the quick and timely resolution of incidents; simultaneously report to the Plant Director on incidents, processes, and results of incident resolution.
• Warn, analyze, and evaluate risks for equipment during operation; propose preventive measures/solutions.
• Take responsibility for proposing and implementing equipment improvement plans, enhancing production efficiency, reducing costs, and proposing solutions to improve production efficiency at the Plant.
• Control material procurement requests from the Equipment Management department before submitting them to the Plant Director for approval.
Others:
• Report to the Plant Director and Company Leadership regularly or upon request.
• Inspect and mobilize personnel working in the plant.
• Organize, inspect, and supervise occupational safety and health, fire prevention and fighting, and explosives safety activities at the branch.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Plant Director and BOD
Job requirements
• Education: Graduate in engineering, economics, or management.
• Experience: 3 years of equivalent position experience.
• Knowledge: Have knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering or automation.
