Equipment Manager (New Japanese Company)

Navigos Search’s client is a new setting up Japanese company in the field of PCB manufacturing located in the Industrial Park in the province near Hanoi looking for the position of Equipment Manager as below: - Overseeing, coordinating and maintaining all equipment used in the company. - Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and meet safety standards - Manage the inventory, organize and track maintenance schedules. - Oversee the training and supervision of equipment staff - Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs - Ensure that all equipment is properly stored and secured - Maintain accurate records of all equipment maintenance and repairs - Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to equipment maintenance and operation - Details will be discussed more during the interview time. ***Benefits: - Attractive salary & bonus package - Company bus pick up from Hanoi Center - Chance to setting up the factory from beginning - Chance to develop & promote to high level position - Professional working environment

- University degree, major in engineering or related - Good at English communication - Have 8-10 years of experience in maintenance & equipment management related to automation machines, priority experience in electronic manufacturing company - Skill in equipment management - Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair techniques. - Have knowledge of PLC programming - Effective communication and leadership skills. - The factory will start production from the beginning of 2025 and expects candidates able to start from the end of 2024
