Equity Research Analyst

- Collect, research, and analyze data on industry trends, business activities, financial performance, and investment opportunities for both listed and non-listed financial institutions.

- Prepare reports and deliver presentations introducing investment opportunities to the business department and clients.

- Assist in engaging with potential clients/partners to promote the company's services.

- Perform other assigned tasks within the analysis department and provide support to other departments as requested by the team leader or department head.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or Auditing.

- Preferred certifications: CFA, ACCA, CPA, etc.

- Language proficiency: English (both spoken and written).

- 1-2 years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge of macroeconomics, accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, company valuation, and banking operations.

- Skills in analysis, company valuation, data processing, and information synthesis using Excel.

- Strong writing and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under high pressure.

- Honest, detail-oriented, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
