ERP 2.0 Integration Project Manager (PMO)

About the Role:

OnPoint is seeking a results-driven and experienced ERP Project Manager (PMO) to lead our ERP 2.0 integration project, one of the company’s highest-impact transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will drive end-to-end planning and execution across Accounting, Tech, Operations, and Business functions.

The goal: to build a robust, integrated system that delivers accurate inventory balances and COGS, enabling scale, financial compliance, and IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the ERP 2.0 project roadmap and delivery—from design through go-live and stabilization.

• Phase 1: Map and optimize processes across outsourced warehouses, operations, and marketplace platforms to prepare for system integration.

• Phase 2: Integrate with NetSuite ERP, ensuring accurate data architecture and controls for inventory and COGS tracking.

• Coordinate a cross-functional working team, including tech, finance, operations, and business PMs.

• Track key deliverables, manage risks, escalate issues, and maintain clear communication across departments and leadership.

• Ensure system design supports future automation, audit compliance, and real-time reporting needs.

• Be both strategic and hands-on: no cutting corners, but ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools and workflows.

• Proven success as PMO or Lead for at least 2–3 ERP implementation or integration projects, preferably with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Deep experience with inventory-heavy businesses (e.g., retail, e-commerce, 3PL, FMCG), warehouse operations, and multi-channel platforms.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory flows, and financial reporting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across both tech and non-tech teams.

• Fluent in English; Vietnamese is a strong plus.
