Operations consultants will work with end users to assist them with their day-to-day tasks on an ERP system called D365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO). Key tasks include supporting users when errors arise, error collection and analysis, contacting implementers to resolve issues, testing errors with users, and ERP training for newcomers.
In this position, you will do:
- Support users for go-live and troubleshooting experience.
- Read and understand project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, Functional Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation.
- Assist with escalation support for help desk.
- Works with management to keep schedule on time and recommend needed action to meet deadlines.

- Education: University graduate, preferably in economics or accounting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) software is an advantage.
- 1 or 2 years of experience or more.
- Experience in communicating with end users and collecting requirements arising when using the software.
- Know how to troubleshoot and support ERP software.
- Good English, can communicate with foreign consultants.
- Organizational and communication skills are required.
- Experience or knowledge in accounting is an advantage.
- Will receive intensive training on D365FO software during the working process.
- Priority is given to female candidates.
