ERP Support Engineer

Report to: IT Headquarters Global

1. Responsibilities:

Providing daily technical and functional support to users of an in-house ERP system (based on the 1C platform)

Processing requests via the IT help portal

Assisting with system configuration, monitor system performance and ensure uptime, stability and data accuracy.

Troubleshoot system issues, investigating and identifying root causes of incorrect data and ensure timely resolution in coordination with IT HQ.

Logging and documenting bugs

Creating instructions and documentation in Confluence; deliver training for new users and new features/ modules.

2. Requirement

Strong knowledge and understanding of user support standards

2+ years of experience as an ERP consultant (1C, BAS)

Advanced user proficiency in at least one ERP configuration

Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve user issues

Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured instructions and documentation

Understanding of business processes in manufacturing is a plus

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other ticketing and documentation tools

Ability to work with global team across time zones

Proficiency in English (4 skills)

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
