• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, solving, managing business requirements for the internal system included BOM, MRP, WMS, MES, Logistics (LGS).
• Work closely with Business Users to collect and clarify business logics such as BOM consumption, PO & WH process, Production plan, Shipment calendar, Export booking, Customs declaration, Invoice, etc. for the purpose of development and enhancement system.
• Communicate and explain system's requirements to the departments to support operation the business mockups on ERP system.
• Track and report about the task status: BA Done / Dev In Progress / To Do / Go Live and post-implementation activities.
• Coordinate with software company via meetings and emails to implement development.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience with ERP / MES / WMS systems (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
• English (reading and writing import documents).
• Strong skills in communicate and explain with both business users and technical teams.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in business analyst field is a plus.
