Estimator - Chuyên Viên Dự Toán

Job Purpose:

Responsible for preparing accurate and profitable cost estimates for customer projects. The role involves analysing technical drawings to understand manufacturing requirements and managing the pricing process from inquiry to order placement. The primary objective is to ensure that estimates are competitive, meet quality standards, and align with delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Costing & Quote Management:

o Analyze technical drawings (CAD), define manufacturing processes, and prepare detailed, profitable quotations.

o Manage quote generation and order processing efficiently within the ERP system.

• Risk & Profitability Assessment:

o Evaluate project-related risks and assess the potential profitability of new opportunities.

o Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to the estimated budget.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the Sales, Design, and Production departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and resource availability.

• Customer Relations: Provide technical advice to customers and the sales team to set realistic expectations regarding our capabilities.

• Compliance & Data Management: Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of all projects, customer, and supplier information. Uphold company policies, including Health & Safety and Quality standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering or a related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, and architectural facades, with a deep understanding of the aluminium fabrication, extrusion, and machining industry.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (CAD).

• Excellent English communication (both verbal and written)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

• A detail-oriented mindset is essential.

• Experience in ERP software is required (preferably Odoo).
